We are looking for a skilled and driven AI Engineer to join our squad at Kiloverse, working on our fast-growing e-commerce brands. You’ll help build and scale the AI infrastructure behind our global health and wellness marketplace that powers millions of users worldwide. Get ready to Rapidly validate ideas using AI and turn POCs into production grade systems Design and build innovative AI infrastructure with security and observability in mind Play a key role in shaping next-generation agentic AI business solutions Provide technical leadership and inspire others through hands-on excellence Contribute to building a world class product and engineering community We expect you to Have at least 2+ years of experience working with backend systems (preferably Python or JS) Have a good understanding of how infrastructure and code work together Have experience working with relational or non-relational databases Have knowledge of building LLM-based systems and prompt engineering Experience with machine learning is a huge bonus Experience with n8n or similar automation platforms Experience with building frontend, distributed systems, event-driven system design, performance optimization and monitoring Salary Gross salary range is 3300-5700 EUR/month. Location We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius , and super cool hubs in Kaunas , Klaipėda, and Riga ! For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
