About the role Are you experienced in building AI-powered solutions, especially with modern NLP architectures and retrieval-based systems? Do you have strong Python skills and enjoy working with open-source tools in a cloud-native environment? What You’ll Do As an AI Engineer , you’ll design and build intelligent applications using advanced machine learning and LLM-based architectures. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver cutting-edge AI solutions leveraging technologies like RAG, vector databases, and semantic search. You’ll collaborate with engineers, analysts, and project managers to: Define the problem : Understand the business goals and how AI can create real value. Design the solution : Build RAG pipelines, structure unstructured data, and fine-tune language models. Implement it : Work with vector stores, embedder models, and retrieval frameworks. Deploy it : Help bring your solutions into production using MLOps and LLMOps practices. Why Join Us? Flexible working : Full-time and part-time options available, with part-time roles starting from 24 hours per week.
