AI Engineer

Role Summary Anthesis is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic AI Engineer to join our Group Technology team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging technologies who wants to build enterprise AI solutions that improve business processes and employee productivity. Working alongside experienced engineers, you will help develop, test, deploy, and support AI-powered applications while learning modern AI technologies, cloud platforms, and software engineering best practices. Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Assist in designing, developing and testing AI-powered applications and automation solutions. Support the development of Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs). Build prompts, workflows and AI assistants using enterprise AI platforms. Assist in developing machine learning models under the guidance of senior engineers. Help integrate AI solutions with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint and other enterprise applications. Support data preparation, cleansing and validation for AI and ML projects. Develop Python scripts and APIs for AI applications. Participate in testing, debugging and troubleshooting AI solutions. Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles. Stay up to date with the latest AI tools, technologies and industry trends. Follow secure coding, responsible AI and data privacy best practices. Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning and code reviews. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Required Skills Technical Skills Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts. Knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models. Familiarity with Prompt Engineering. Understanding of Python programming. Basic SQL knowledge. Knowledge of REST APIs. Familiarity with Git or GitHub. Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.
