About the Role

We're looking for a strong Mid-Senior Engineer to join a growing Conversational AI team. Following the merger of two previously separate teams, you'll play a key role in building, improving, and deploying chatbot solutions while helping create a collaborative and effective team culture.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, delivering production-ready solutions, and working in an environment where priorities can evolve quickly. You'll be expected to contribute both technically and as a supportive teammate who helps drive collective success.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance AI-powered chatbot solutions.
• Build and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions.
• Deploy applications into production environments and support ongoing improvements.
• Collaborate closely with team members across chatbot and document-processing domains.
• Take ownership of technical decisions, balancing trade-offs and delivering practical solutions.
• Adapt to shifting business priorities while maintaining delivery excellence.
• Share knowledge and contribute to a strong, collaborative team culture.

Required Skillsets

• Strong Python development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Proven experience building RAG-based AI solutions.
• Experience deploying applications into production environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to take ownership and independently drive workstreams.
• Comfortable explaining implementation decisions, technical trade-offs, and project impact.
• Fluent English.

Nice to Have

Experience within financial services or other regulated industries.
