As our new AI Engineer, you will develop your expertise by designing and delivering AI-powered solutions within our Data & AI practice. You will gain hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI technologies while building intelligent applications that create business value through Generative AI, multimodal AI, intelligent automation, and advanced analytics. Working closely with solution architects, AI experts, and clients, you will help transform business requirements into practical AI solutions, leveraging data, documents, images, speech, video, and enterprise knowledge sources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement AI solutions using Azure AI services and Large Language Models

  • Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures leveraging enterprise knowledge sources

  • Develop AI assistants, copilots, intelligent automation workflows, and agentic AI solutions for business users

  • Create document understanding, information extraction, and knowledge retrieval solutions using Azure AI services

  • Integrate AI capabilities with business applications, APIs, and enterprise systems

  • Support deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement of AI applications

  • Evaluate and implement emerging AI capabilities, including multimodal AI, autonomous agents, and intelligent process automation

What we need to see from you

  • Experience in AI, Data Engineering, Software Development, or a related technical field

  • Good programming skills in Python

  • Understanding of Generative AI concepts and practical application of Large Language Models

  • Experience building AI-powered applications such as chatbots, AI assistants, computer vision solutions, speech solutions, multimodal AI applications, intelligent automation workflows, or agent-based systems

  • Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Search, Azure AI Document Intelligence, and Azure AI Speech Services

  • Understanding of APIs, data processing, system integrations, and modern application architectures

  • Understanding of AI application architecture, evaluation frameworks, prompt engineering, and Responsible AI principles

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a willingness to work directly with business stakeholders
