AI Engineer

AI Engineer | Remote Colombia

We are looking for a Mid-Level AI Engineer to help enhance our data products through conversational AI solutions and a robust semantic layer.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop semantic layers on top of enterprise data models.
• Build AI agents, chatbots, and conversational AI applications.
• Develop applications using Streamlit and Snowflake-native capabilities.
• Implement workflows powered by LLMs, RAG, and AI Agent frameworks.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing data sources, APIs, and services.
• Design prompts, guardrails, and response strategies to ensure accurate, business-aligned outputs.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience building applications with LLMs and AI Agents.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• B2-C1 English level.
• Experience with data modeling and semantic layers.
• Solid understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector search, and agent architectures.
• Experience with Snowflake (Cortex AI, Cortex Search, Streamlit in Snowflake) is highly preferred.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar frameworks is a plus.
