Be our NEXT AI Engineer – Agentic Backend

• Experience with backend development following modern software engineering practices;
• Solid knowledge of distributed systems, APIs, asynchronous processing, and event-driven architectures;
• Ability to build scalable cloud-native applications and microservices;
• Track record of integrating enterprise applications via REST APIs, messaging platforms, and event-based architectures;
• Strong software design skills with an emphasis on maintainability, resilience, and reusable architecture;
• Expertise in systems managing workflow state, long-running processes, retries, and fault recovery;
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, API security, and secure software development;
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams with AI engineers, product managers, platform engineers, and domain specialists;
• Experience with AI-assisted engineering tools to improve software delivery is a strong plus.
