AI Engineer (Computer Vision)

LAHZA AI is an 11 to 50 person software development company based in Irbid, Jordan, building advanced visual intelligence solutions. In this hybrid role, you will design, train, and deploy computer vision models that extract actionable data from complex imagery, working alongside a focused engineering team on core product features.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and optimize computer vision algorithms for real-world image and video processing tasks.

• Integrate machine learning pipelines into production software architectures.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define model requirements and performance benchmarks.

• Monitor and improve model accuracy, inference speed, and resource efficiency.

What we are looking for

• Proven professional experience in computer vision and deep learning frameworks.

• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with libraries such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.

• Familiarity with deployment environments and hybrid working models.

• A degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.

Your first months at LAHZA AI

You will have taken on active model training pipelines, shipped your first optimized computer vision components to production, and integrated closely with the engineering team during weekly mentoring sessions.
