About the Role

We're building AI products that are changing the way companies hire and how candidates prepare for interviews. If you enjoy solving real-world problems with AI and want to work in a fast-moving startup, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Work On

• Build and improve AI-powered products and agents.
• Work with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI workflows.
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs.
• Integrate AI models into production applications.
• Collaborate closely with the founding team to ship features quickly.
• Experiment with new AI technologies and turn ideas into products.

Who We're Looking For

We don't care whether you've mastered every framework or have an impressive list of technologies on your resume.

What matters to us is your mindset.

We're looking for someone who:

• Loves solving difficult problems.
• Learns quickly and enjoys experimenting.
• Takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions.
• Can think from first principles.
• Is curious, resourceful, and willing to build.
• Wants to create products with real-world impact.

Technical skills can be learned. A great mindset is much harder to teach.

Technical Skills (Good to Have)

Experience with any of the following is a plus, but not mandatory:

• Python
• JavaScript/TypeScript
• LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
• Prompt Engineering
• RAG
• Vector Databases
• FastAPI / Node.js
• React / Next.js
• Git
• Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

If you don't know all of these but believe you're a fast learner, apply anyway.
