AI Engineer (Python) at BairesDev

As an AI Engineer (Python), you will design and implement advanced AI-powered systems leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and RAG architectures. You will act as a key link between cutting-edge AI research and production-ready applications, ensuring that intelligent automation is effectively integrated into business workflows.

What You'll Do:

- Develop and maintain production-grade AI applications using Python and orchestration frameworks like LangChain.

- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance model accuracy with external data.

- Integrate and optimize LLM APIs and vector databases to support complex reasoning and semantic search tasks.

- Architect scalable data processing systems to prepare and ingest content for AI/ML workflows.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI strategy and identify opportunities for intelligent automation.

- Monitor and refine model performance to ensure the reliability, safety, and efficiency of AI solutions.

What we are looking for:

- 4+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Software Engineering, or Data Science.

- Proven expertise in developing AI-powered systems using Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Hands-on experience architecting and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks like LangChain.

- Deep understanding of integrating LLM APIs and cloud services like AWS into production workflows.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
