About the role As an AI engineer in our AIOps team, you will help design, build, maintain and secure scalable AI services used across SEB. You will work close to real use cases, from ideas and experimentation to production-ready services that support teams across the bank. The work is exploratory, practical and fast-moving. Requirements are not always fully defined, so you should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, asking the right questions and turning uncertainty into progress. We believe in incremental progress, rapid learning and strong engineering discipline. You will contribute to a test-and-learn culture where small, well informed steps help us deliver robust solutions to complex problems.
