We are looking for a senior AI for Operations Teaching Expert with direct professional experience in the insurance or insurance-brokerage industry and strong knowledge of the Latin American business environment.

You will deliver a live virtual program for operations teams and mid-level managers at a major LATAM insurance-brokerage group. The program will focus on practical AI applications for operational workflows, process automation, productivity, quality control, data-driven decision-making, and business transformation.

The workshop materials are already prepared. Your role will be to deliver the sessions, prepare through dry runs, adapt examples to the insurance-brokerage and operations context, and help participants apply the course concepts to their own operational workflows and business projects.

What you will do

• Deliver live virtual sessions for operations teams and mid-level managers in LATAM.
• Prepare for sessions through dry runs and alignment with the Customer Success and Program teams.
• Adapt already-prepared workshop materials, examples, and discussions to the insurance / insurance-brokerage context.
• Explain practical AI applications for operations, including process automation, workflow optimization, productivity, quality control, and data-driven decision-making.
• Help participants identify where AI can reduce manual work, improve process visibility, and support better operational decisions.
• Provide real-world case studies and examples relevant to operations teams in insurance or insurance brokerage.
• Support participants in applying the course concepts to their own operational workflows and business projects.
• Act as a subject-matter expert on the operational, governance, and risk implications of AI adoption.

Requirements

Must Have

• Direct professional experience in the insurance or insurance-brokerage industry.
• Prior professional experience working in LATAM, ideally in Chile or with Chilean / LATAM corporate clients.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows, back-office processes, or process improvement in a business context.
• Strong command of AI concepts and practical AI tools applicable to operational workflows.
• Experience teaching, training, mentoring, consulting, or advising business professionals.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish.
• Professional English.
• Comfortable delivering virtual, live instruction to corporate groups.

Nice to Have

• Experience with corporate / B2B training programs.
• Background in process improvement, operational excellence, Lean, Six Sigma, digital transformation, or change management.
• Experience working with back-office, claims, underwriting, finance, administration, HR, business intelligence, systems, collections, or other non-commercial operations teams.
• Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or other AI platforms in an operational or business-process setting.
• Portuguese language skills.
