Acceler8 is building the operating system for the AI workforce. Backed by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z Speedrun), we're helping enterprise organizations redesign work for a world where humans and AI agents collaborate side by side.

Our platform combines AI agents, workforce intelligence and organizational science to answer questions leaders have never had to solve before:

• How should organizations redesign roles, teams and operating models?
• How do we build the workforce for the next decade not the last?

We're looking for someone who gets excited by problems that don't yet have playbooks.

THE ROLENot a job you've had before. This isn't a traditional consulting role. It isn't product management.

It isn't HR. You'll sit at the intersection of:

• Enterprise strategy
• Future of Work
• AI product design
• Organizational design
• Customer transformation

Work directly with CEOs, CHROs, CTOs and executive teams to understand complex workforce challenges and translate them into scalable AI products alongside our Product and Engineering teams.

Think of yourself as the bridge between enterprise problems and product innovation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Design. Ship. Advise. Lead.

DESIGN THE FUTURE OF WORK

Partner with enterprise customers to redesign work, roles and organizations for an AI-enabled future. Translate ambiguous business problems into clear solution architectures.

Develop workforce transformation strategies covering Job Architecture, Work Design, Skills & Capabilities, Workforce Planning, Talent Intelligence, and Human + AI operating models.

SHAPE THE PRODUCT

Work side-by-side with Product, AI and Engineering teams. Convert customer insights into product requirements, workflows and AI agent experiences. Prototype new concepts before they're built. Challenge existing assumptions and help define what 'great' looks like.

BE THE CUSTOMER'S TRUSTED ADVISOR

Lead executive workshops. Facilitate discovery sessions. Design future-state operating models. Present solutions to senior leaders. Support pilots and enterprise rollouts.

BUILD THOUGHT LEADERSHIP

Research emerging AI trends. Develop new frameworks around Agentic AI, Human-AI collaboration, Workforce Intelligence, Future Skills, and Organizational redesign. Help shape Acceler8's point of view for the future of work.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO...

• Has done the work.
• Has 7-15 years of experience in one or more of: Management Consulting, Organizational Design, Workforce Transformation, Future of Work, HR Transformation, Enterprise Technology
• Has worked at firms like:McKinsey,BCG,Bain,Deloitte,Accenture,EY,KPMG,Mercer,Willis Towers Watson

...or has built products inside a high-growth technology startup.

• You'll likely have experience across areas such as as: Workforce Planning, Organization Design,Job Architecture,Skills Frameworks,Talent Strategy,Learning Transformation,Change Management, AI Transformation

• Can switch seamlessly between executive strategy and product detail.
• Enjoy whiteboarding more than writing long documents.
