AI GTM Systems Operator

Superhuman Chambers builds premium hyperbaric systems for clinics, wellness groups, hotels, performance spaces, and private buyers. We are also scaling several B2B businesses with a small, AI-native operating team.

We are hiring an AI GTM Systems Operator who can build the system in Claude Code or Codex CLI, then stay close enough to daily execution to make it produce measurable commercial outcomes.

What you will own

• Build terminal-first workflows for account research, enrichment, personalization, QA, reporting, and attribution.

• Run research-led B2B outbound from account selection through positive-reply handling and qualified booking.

• Use email as the primary channel, with authentic LinkedIn and selective Instagram support.

• Protect deliverability, sender reputation, access, suppression rules, and brand trust.

• Document the repository, operating workflow, failure handling, and human approval gates so the system can be reused across businesses.

What you inherit

You will not start from a blank page. You will inherit the outbound-agent codebase, existing ICP and campaign work, Gmail workflows, Firecrawl-assisted research and enrichment, attribution conventions, and direct access to the operators using the system.

You should apply if

• You can show a public repository, Loom, case study, anonymized dashboard, or portfolio proving hands-on Claude Code or Codex CLI work.

• You have personally owned a dated B2B outbound campaign and can state contact volume, positive replies, qualified meetings, outcomes, and your contribution.

• You can move between a terminal, data, copy, deliverability, reply handling, and measurement without handing the work off.

• You write excellent English and can overlap at least four hours with the US sales day.

This is not a no-code automation, content-generation, or prompt-only role.

Offer

• USD 4,000 for a 30-day full-time paid trial.

• USD 4,000–6,000/month after proof, subject to the final offer and compliant local engagement setup.

Selection

The strongest applicants will:

1. submit public technical proof;

2. reconstruct one attributable outbound campaign;

3. complete a live Claude Code or Codex CLI walkthrough;

4. complete the same USD 250 paid finalist case, if selected.
