Job Title: AI Lead Generation & Social Media Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation & Social Media Specialist to scale our customer acquisition engine and brand presence in a fully remote role. You will manage our company's organic social media accounts, run high-converting paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and build custom AI data-mining workflows (using Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini) to extract target audience lists and intent signals from the web.

Location: 100% Remote

Salary: 40,000 PHP

Timezone: Pacific Timezone

Core Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management: Own the strategy, content scheduling, and day-to-day management of the company’s official social channels to grow engagement.
• Meta Paid Lead Gen: Design, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram specifically structured for high-quality lead generation.
• AI Agent Data Mining: Build custom autonomous agents and scraping setups to extract public target lists, contact info, and competitor intelligence from the web.

Requirements & Technical Skills:

• Social Media & Paid Ads Expert: 3+ years of experience managing company social channels and running direct-response lead generation campaigns within Meta Ads Manager.
• AI & Prompt Engineering: Practical experience building workflows, custom prompts, or autonomous scripts using Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini.
• Web Scraping & Automation: Ability to create data-mining setups that structure unstructured web data into lead sheets, utilizing APIs or tools like Zapier/Make.com.

Case Study Requirement: Must be able to demonstrate a live or previously built AI agent during the interview process and explain its architectural logic and business purpose.
