Rather than offering more information, Group Coaching Weekly creates the conditions for genuine change through one-hour weekly live group coaching sessions. The experience is ideal for people who know they are capable of more but feel stuck in repeating patterns and want a better room, not more content.

Role Description The Social Media Management & Organic Growth Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in Davao, with some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for managing and growing Group Coaching Weekly’s presence across social media platforms through consistent, audience-focused content and engagement. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing social media content calendars, writing and scheduling posts, optimizing profiles and content for organic reach, and monitoring analytics to inform strategy. The specialist will actively engage with the community through comments, messages, and conversations, and collaborate with the team to align social media campaigns with overall brand positioning and program launches. The role also involves experimenting with new content formats, tracking trends, and continuously refining strategies to increase visibility, engagement, and conversions without relying on paid advertising.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing skills, including platform management and audience engagement.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Writing skills for clear, compelling, and brand-aligned messaging.
• Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan, organize, and optimize campaigns for organic growth.
• Candidates should possess Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to enhance profiles, content performance, and discoverability.
• Experience with content scheduling tools and social media analytics platforms.
• Ability to interpret data, test new approaches, and iterate based on performance metrics.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple platforms and projects simultaneously.
• Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Davao, with reliable internet for remote work.
• Prior experience growing communities or brands organically, preferably in coaching, education, or personal development sectors, is an advantage.
• Relevant education or training in marketing, communications, or a related field is beneficial but not strictly required.
