We're hiring an AI Marketing Creative — someone who makes scroll-stopping social posts, ads, assets, and creative using AI and real design taste.

This is a full-time, remote role for someone with 1–2 years of experience who has fully embraced AI as a creative engine. You'll produce high-quality creative fast, at volume, for real brands — with the best AI tools in the world at your fingertips.

What You'll Do

• Design and ship social media posts, ads, and brand assets across channels
• Use AI — image, video, copy, and design tools — to go from brief to finished creative fast
• Direct the AI with your own taste; never settle for its generic first draft
• Turn ideas and briefs into scroll-stopping creative for real brands
• Iterate on what you ship based on what actually performs
• Hunt for the best new AI creation tools and bring them into how we work
• Keep every brand consistent, sharp, and on-voice

Who We're Looking For

• 1–2 years in design, marketing creative, content, or social
• All-in on AI — you already use it daily and push what it can do
• Real taste: composition, type, color, motion, and what makes people stop scrolling
• Fast and prolific, and you self-direct
• Fluent in Canva and/or Figma
• You understand social platforms and what performs on each
• You care about the brand and the business result, not just pretty pixels

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience making marketing, social, or brand creative
• A portfolio of social, ad, or brand work
• Already using AI tools in your creative process
• Based in the Philippines, comfortable working remotely
• Strong written and verbal English
