We're looking for a
Content Marketing Manager to join
Horizon, F-Secure's B2B2C growth platform that helps telecom operators, ISPs, and MVNOs monetize cybersecurity as a subscription service. Horizon is growing fast and our partner base is expanding across Europe — we need a hands-on content marketer who can make Horizon compelling to the right B2B audiences, and give our partners everything they need to sell and market cybersecurity to consumers.
This is a creative, output-driven role: you write and you design. You'll produce campaign-ready assets across the full content spectrum — from SEO articles and sales decks to partner campaign kits and in-platform content — and you'll use AI tools daily to help you do it. As a new Fellow, you'll spend your first months getting fluent in the Horizon product, partner segments, and content library before taking full ownership of the workstreams below.
Your day-to-day stakeholders include our growth marketing and product marketing colleagues (who own channel activation and campaign execution — you feed the content, they run the engine), our Horizon product team (for what surfaces in-platform and when), and our Commercial Partners sales team (for enablement input and field feedback). You'll work within a small, fast-moving product growth team, reporting to our Director of Product Management, Horizon, with plenty of room to grow the role as Horizon's partner base and content needs scale.

Helsinki, Finland, with a hybrid working model. We hope you are able to join us for common team gatherings at our Helsinki HQ when needed.
Our estimated salary range for this role is
5,000 - 6,500 EUR/month, based on your experience and skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Horizon's B2B web and discovery content, structured for both traditional SEO and AI-generated discovery (GEO/AIAO).
- Build and maintain Horizon Promote — the in-platform content library partners use to run consumer campaigns — keeping it in step with the product roadmap
- Create partner marketing campaign kits (banners, email templates, social content, landing page copy) that partners can deploy or adapt in their own market.
- Localize B2B and B2C content for priority European markets, working with AI translation tools, native-speaker reviewers, and agencies.
- Produce content for B2B lead nurturing — guides, whitepapers, lead magnets — that feeds acquisition sequences owned by our growth marketing team.
- Build and maintain sales enablement materials: pitch decks, one-pagers, ROI templates, and partner case studies and success stories.
What are we looking for?
- Proven B2B content marketing experience in SaaS, tech, or telco-adjacent markets, plus demonstrated B2C/consumer content experience.
- Strong writer in English, with hands-on visual design skills (Figma, Canva, Adobe, or equivalent) — you produce finished, publish-ready assets, not wireframes.
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and genuine curiosity about AI-driven discovery (GEO, AIAO, LLM optimization).
- Experience localizing content for multiple markets, using translation tools, agencies, or native-speaker workflows.
- Comfortable using AI tools (or strong curiosity towards AI) in your daily work, ideally with hands-on experience already using AI in content production.
- Comfortable owning your output end-to-end in a small, fast-moving team.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
