What You’ll Do This role sits at the intersection of design and product — and it matters right now because Birdeye is reimagining how AI can do the work for our 150,000+ business customers. You won't be handed a spec sheet. You'll help write it. You'll own the end-to-end experience of AI-driven product workflows — from the first prototype to the shipped product — and your decisions will directly shape how we build for the next decade. This is a remote-first role open to candidates based in India. Work hours will align with the IST timezone Responsibilities: This is a hands-on IC role — we're not looking for someone to manage designers, we're looking for someone who still loves to build. Design and define AI-native product workflows, including automation and agent-driven experiences. Rapidly prototype product ideas using AI tools, APIs, and live environments to validate concepts early. Contribute to defining end-to-end user workflows, including interaction patterns and system behavior. Mentor designers on hands-on prototyping and product thinking to help strengthen product-building capabilities within the team. Requirements Requirements & Must-Haves: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience 8+ years of related experience (B2B or SaaS background highly preferred) Proven experience as a Lead Product Designer in building complex digital products. Strong product thinking and systems design capability. Comfortable working with AI tools, APIs, prompts, and prototyping environments. Ability to translate customer problems into structured product workflows, not just UI designs. Strong collaboration skills with product and engineering teams.
