We're looking for an AI-Native Software Engineer to help redefine how software is designed, delivered and operated in an AI-powered world. What You'll Be Doing

• Designing scalable, resilient and observable software systems.
• Translating complex business requirements into clear technical solutions.

• Building automated testing, quality and verification frameworks.
• Driving AI-native delivery approaches across engineering teams.
• Capturing and documenting knowledge to improve collaboration between engineers and AI systems.
• Mentoring colleagues and helping evolve engineering capability across the organisation.

• Strong software architecture and system design experience.
• Deep understanding of testing, quality engineering and observability.
• Experience using AI as a core part of the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to define evidence-based approaches to software quality and reliability.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
• Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction.
