What does a Senior Software Engineer do at PALO IT?

As a Senior Software Engineer at PALO IT, you will lead and accelerate the next wave of software innovation through the following responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable backend solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.

• Implement, test, and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring their performance, scalability, and security.

• Employ agile methodologies by participating in sprint ceremonies and code reviews to maintain high code quality.

• Collaborate with solution architects and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing through workshops, presentations, and community initiatives.

• Continuously improve software development processes by identifying areas for optimization and implementing automation where appropriate.

What experience do you need for this role?
