- Python、TypeScript、Go等を用いたアプリケーションまたはバックエンド開発経験

- LLM・生成AIを活用したアプリケーションの開発・検証経験（業務・研究・個人開発問わず）

■ Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- 2+ years of practical experience as a Software Engineer, or an outstanding development track record.

- Experience in application or backend development using Python, TypeScript, or Go.

- Experience developing and testing applications utilizing LLMs/Generative AI (work, research, or personal projects).

■ Preferred Qualifications

- Proven ability to proactively identify issues and lead product or process improvements.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.).

- Experience in designing and implementing AI Agents and RAG.

- Ability to read English technical documentation/papers and apply them to implementation.
