The Role

- Implement artificial intelligence and automation capabilities within IT operations<br/>- Improve monitoring, incident response, predictive analytics, and system reliability<br/>- Deploy AI-driven monitoring and operational intelligence solutions<br/>- Develop automation for incident detection, response, and remediation<br/>- Analyze operational data to identify patterns and predict failures<br/>- Improve system availability and performance through AI insights

What You'll Need

- Active Secret clearance and ability to attain DEA suitability<br/>- 12+ years of infrastructure/cloud engineering experience<br/>- 5–10 years of hands-on experience in IT operations and cloud environments<br/>- Proficiency with AIOps platforms and strong understanding of machine learning concepts<br/>- Experience with observability tools such as Splunk, Datadog, Dynatrace, and New Relic<br/>- Expertise in ServiceNow ITOM and advanced Python scripting skills
