Show job description

We're a fast-growing direct-to-consumer health & wellness brand in the back pain and sciatica space. We scale on paid acquisition, and more and more of what sells for us is made with AI. AI movies. Dramas with real dialogue. Medical animations where the body part tells its own story. Pixar-style characters who talk, and sing.

And we're making a lot more of it. More angles. More batches. More AI ads, every single week.

Which means we need someone on the team full-time who lives in these tools... Someone who can ship AI ads fast without them looking cheap.

We're hiring a full-time AI Video Editor to help us build the next generation of creative for the brand.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • You'll make AI-generated ads for a health & wellness brand, start to finish:
  • AI movies and dramas — scripted stories with characters, dialogue and a real emotional arc.
  • Medical and anatomy animations — showing what's happening inside the body (a nerve, a disc, the spine) so the viewer finally understands their problem.
  • Animated characters — Pixar-style 3D characters, talking body parts, singing characters, and whatever new style is working next month.
  • You'll turn scripts, voiceovers and creative briefs into finished ads: generate the shots, keep the characters consistent, add voice, lip-sync, music and sound, and cut it all together.
  • You'll make the picture carry the argument. The goal is to make the claim clearer — never exaggerated, never gimmicky.
  • You'll build and run a system. A one-minute animated ad can need 30 different shots. Your prompt library, character sheets, reusable scenes and templates are what turn that from a two-week project into a few days — and you'll keep making that system faster.
  • You'll iterate off performance data. When an ad wins, you make the variations fast — new hooks, new scenes, new characters. When it loses, we look at where people dropped off and you fix it.
  • You'll work directly with me — no layers, no committee, no three rounds of approvals.
  • You'll receive feedback. You'll revise. You'll improve.

We're Probably a Fit If...

  • You've already made AI-generated video for brands — ideally direct-response ads for DTC/eCommerce, ideally ones that actually sold. Health, wellness or supplement experience is a plus, not a requirement.
  • You can keep a character looking like the same person from the first shot to the last — same face, same clothes, same world. This is the skill that separates AI ads that work from AI slop.
  • You're fast, and it's because you have a system. Not because you cut corners. You can tell us how you'd go from script to finished ad, step by step, and roughly how long each step takes you.
  • You understand direct response — the first three seconds, retention pacing, watch time, and the fact that the video's job is to sell. Pretty isn't the goal. Watched-to-the-end and bought is the goal.
  • You've worked inside a high-volume creative environment, where shipping every week is normal.
  • You can show us examples of AI video people couldn't stop watching.
  • You can animate, do motion graphics and sound-design — or you're genuinely willing to learn them fast. The edit around the AI shots is half the ad.
  • You're the one who finds the new AI tool first. The tools change every month. If a new model makes the ad better or faster, you've already tested it and you bring it to us.
  • You can follow a detailed brief precisely, and take feedback without ego.
  • You want one brand to go deep on — not six clients to juggle. This is a full-time seat, and your work will directly move how far this brand scales.
  • You should be comfortable working with tools such as: Kling, Veo, Runway, Higgsfield, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Suno (or whatever's better by the time you read this) — plus Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or CapCut, Frame.io, Google Drive, Dropbox.

This is not for beginners, and it's not for people who make AI art for fun. It's for performance-driven AI editors who ship.

Work from wherever you're most productive. It's fully remote — but it is a full-time, 45–50 hour week, the deadlines are real, and you need to be responsive while a batch is moving.

What It Pays

  • $2,000–$3,000 USD per month, based on experience.
  • Full-time (45–50 hours per week), fully remote.
  • Performance-based bonus on assets that scale.
  • A steady pipeline of work — no chasing clients, no gaps between projects.
  • Long-term growth potential. As the brand scales, so does the seat.

Here's How Our Hiring Process Works.

  • First... Show us your work. Send your resume and your portfolio — AI-generated ads first — plus a short paragraph on your system: how you go from a script to a finished AI ad, and how long it takes you. Tell us when you could start.
  • If we like what we see, we'll invite you to complete a paid trial task. It has a deadline, because speed is part of the job.
  • You'll receive the trial assignment and instructions from us, and payment for the completed trial will be made on delivery, subject to the terms provided with the assignment.

No ads in your reel yet — just AI films, shorts or animations?

Send it anyway. If you can make AI video people watch to the end, and you want to learn how to make it sell, we want to see it.

We're hiring immediately.
