Responsibilities Own the product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered insurance products, from intelligent agents to automation workflows and decision-support tools. Translate complex insurance business challenges into clear, iterative product scopes with measurable outcomes. Work closely with engineers throughout the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), from design and implementation to testing, release, and continuous improvement. Drive continuous product discovery through user interviews, stakeholder workshops, rapid prototyping, and feedback loops with insurance clients. Define and track product metrics that reflect meaningful business impact rather than vanity metrics. Actively use AI tools in daily workflows for research synthesis, user story creation, competitive analysis, and rapid prototyping. Serve as the voice of the product in technical discussions by challenging overengineering, identifying misaligned priorities, and advocating for user needs.
