We are hiring a AI Product Manager
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an AI Product Manager to join our TechHUB in Lisbon!
The AI Product Manager is a key contributor within the AI & Automation Factory, reporting to the Product Lead and responsible for turning validated business problems into governed, usable and measurable AI and automation products. Working within the portfolio direction set by the Product Lead, the role manages the product vision, delivery roadmap, scope, priorities, requirements, acceptance criteria and lifecycle recommendations for assigned products and use cases.
The role leads assigned products across discovery, delivery, release, hypercare and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment between business outcomes, user needs, delivery decisions and the approved value case. It integrates product adoption and business readiness throughout the lifecycle, using stakeholder input, user feedback and performance evidence to guide priorities and product decisions.
The AI Product Manager coordinates Business, Engineering, Data, Change Management and Operations to manage dependencies, maintain delivery readiness and support evidence-based decisions. Business, technical and control owners retain their respective process, implementation and approval accountabilities.
THE SKILLS
To set you up for success in this role, here are some key skills that will help you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, AI, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.

0–5 years of relevant experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, technology-enabled product delivery, or a related discipline.

Early-career professionals, recent graduates, or candidates transitioning into AI, automation, data, or digital product roles are encouraged to apply where they can demonstrate strong problem-solving, ownership, learning agility, and stakeholder engagement.

Exposure to AI, data, automation, product delivery, user research, Agile ways of working, or continuous improvement is advantageous but not mandatory.

Ability to support product roadmaps, backlogs, requirements, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination with guidance from senior product and technology leaders.

Working interest in AI capabilities, limitations, governance, responsible use, and adoption requirements, with the willingness to build deeper expertise through practical delivery experience
