AI Product Manager (f/m/n)

Your Mission: Identify AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable business value; estimate benefits, and design and execute business experiments to validate effectiveness. Coordinate the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring smooth planning and timely delivery through close collaboration with business stakeholders, engineers, and data scientists. Develop and implement effective Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for both internal and external products. Continuously improve product quality and performance by leveraging user feedback and product analytics. Drive rapid adoption and integration of AI products across the organization. 3+ years of proven success as a Product Manager at a leading tech company, blending technical expertise with strategic insight. Strong background in business analytics, engineering, or a related discipline, bridging the gap between technical details and business objectives. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Extensive knowledge of ML/AI technologies and their transformative impact on user experience. Experience managing autonomous, cross-functional teams using methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Scrum, LeSS, and Data Mesh. Fluent English communication skills. Bonus Points for: Experience with cloud technologies. Familiarity with logistics or e-commerce sectors. Previous international working experience.
