We are Rapid Developer's team. We work in the sphere of no-code web/mobile application development on the European and American markets. We make applications of different complexity and topics. We work on a variety of interesting projects, as the development cycle is shorter than on code, the projects change quickly.

Today, AI is one of our company's key development areas. We are actively integrating AI assistants, automation, and intelligent tools into internal processes, and are also developing AI solutions for our clients.
We are seeking an AI Product Manager who will be responsible not only for the successful implementation of AI projects but also for identifying the most valuable opportunities for applying artificial intelligence, developing AI products, and achieving measurable business results.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager, AI Product Manager, Project Manager, or Operations Manager.

• Practical experience implementing AI solutions or automating business processes.

• Understanding the capabilities and limitations of modern LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and others).

• Experience conducting discovery and forming product hypotheses.

• Ability to define MVPs and prioritize product development.

• Ability to make decisions based on data and business metrics.

• Experience interacting with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Experience preparing product and technical documentation.

• Spoken English - B2+ or higher.

Responsibilities:

• Research client projects, identifying all product capabilities, using AI in their work.

• Form product hypotheses and identify the most promising areas for AI development.

• Conduct discovery and evaluate the potential business value of AI initiatives.

• Determine MVPs and development roadmaps for client products. Manage the full product lifecycle—from concept to scaling.

• Coordinate the work of developers, engineers, analysts, and other team members.

• Coordinate the implementation of AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, custom AI agents) into your work and the delivery team's work.

• Analyze the effectiveness of implemented solutions using product and business metrics (ROI, time savings, efficiency gains, user value).

• Explore new opportunities to use AI to improve business efficiency and create competitive advantages.
