AI Product Support Specialist

This role supports a Paris-based client as they integrate automated tools into their daily financial reporting cycles. You will act as a primary point of contact for troubleshooting AI outputs and ensuring that data reflects real-world accounting logic. As a fully remote team member, you will bridge the gap between technical functionality and the practical needs of a corporate finance department.

What You Will Do

• Review and verify the accuracy of financial data generated by AI models against source documents.
• Assist finance users in refining prompts to get more accurate reporting and analysis results.
• Identify and document errors or inconsistencies in AI-driven data pipelines.
• Draft clear guides and technical documentation for new users on how to interact with the support tools.
• Test updates to the AI support system to ensure they do not disrupt existing finance workflows.
• Coordinate with senior consultants to resolve complex data issues that require deeper system adjustments.
• Monitor system logs to identify common user problems and propose simple solutions to improve the process.
• Provide daily assistance to the client team to ensure their month-end close activities remain on schedule.

What We Are Looking For

• A basic understanding of how generative AI and large language models function.
• Familiarity with financial concepts like profit and loss statements or balance sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot small discrepancies in large datasets.
• Effective written communication skills for explaining technical steps to non-technical users.
• A logical approach to solving problems and an interest in how software supports business decisions.
• The ability to work independently and manage your own schedule in a remote setting.
• Curiosity about enterprise software tools like Oracle, SAP, or similar financial systems.
• Completion of a degree or certification in business, finance, or computer science is helpful but not required.
