About the Role

Join a team developing AI methods and systems that make AI agents more reliable in production. This research-focused role connects experimentation and original technical ideas with practical capabilities for real-world use.

What You'll Do

• Develop and improve algorithms, methods, and systems across the lifecycle of AI agents.

• Explore new approaches to simulate, evaluate, and optimize agent behavior in real-world settings.

• Turn research ideas into working prototypes and production-facing capabilities.

• Partner with product and engineering teams to translate AI innovation into practical customer value.

• Help shape technical direction in agent reliability, evaluation, and optimization.

What We're Looking For

• Approximately 1 to 10+ years of relevant experience in AI research, engineering, or a related field.

• Experience with Python and AI/ML, including large language models, reinforcement learning, or AI agents.

• Familiarity with agent frameworks, evaluation systems, or continuous learning.

• Ability to move between research, experimentation, prototyping, and practical implementation.

• Interest in developing and applying techniques for reliable AI agents in real-world environments.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range is $130,000 to $200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
