AI & Robotics Technical Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced AI & Robotics Technical Recruiter to support specialized hiring for U.S.-based clients. This role focuses on identifying and attracting highly technical talent across robotics engineering, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.

The ideal candidate has hands-on recruitment experience with advanced technical profiles, understands the terminology and skill sets associated with these fields, and can develop effective sourcing strategies to reach highly specialized talent in competitive markets.

⚡What you'll do:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical positions within AI, Machine Learning, Robotics, and related engineering fields.
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, industry communities, and other sourcing channels.
• Recruit for a variety of technical positions, including AI/ML Engineers, Robotics Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Computer Vision Engineers, Controls Engineers, and other specialized roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and align sourcing strategies with hiring needs.
• Screen candidates to assess their technical backgrounds, relevant experience, and overall fit for each position.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for specialized and hard-to-fill technical roles.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS.
• Provide a positive candidate experience and consistent communication throughout the hiring process.

💡You are:

• Well-spoken bilingual with a B2+/C1 English level.
• 2+ Years of recruitment experience, including direct experience sourcing and recruiting specialized AI, robotics, machine learning, or related engineering talent within the US Market.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for roles such as Robotics Engineers, Controls Engineers, AI Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, Computer Vision Engineers, or similar technical positions.
• Strong understanding of technical job requirements and the ability to identify relevant skills and experience in specialized candidate profiles.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Strong candidate assessment, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and build pipelines for niche, highly competitive talent markets
