Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience preferred based on hiring-manager guidance; 5+ years is the formal minimum.
• Proven experience delivering production-grade software applications.
• Direct hands-on experience integrating LLMs and/or AI Agents into applications.
• Strong experience with Python, particularly for AI/LLM integrations.
• Strong experience with Java.
• Strong experience with Angular or comparable frontend development.
• Experience building and integrating REST APIs.
• Experience with Kafka and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with Snowflake or comparable data platforms.
• Strong understanding of software engineering, distributed systems, architecture, and problem-solving.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools / coding agents.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work 4 days onsite in Dallas, TX.
