**Overview**

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative AI Software Engineer to join our cutting-edge technology team. In this role, you will drive the development and deployment of advanced artificial intelligence solutions that transform data into actionable insights. You will leverage your expertise in machine learning frameworks, big data systems, and cloud services to build scalable, efficient AI models that solve complex problems across diverse domains. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver intelligent products and services, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with AI and data analytics.

**Duties**

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, high-performance features across our SaaS platform.<br/>- Lead a Plan → Build → Review cycle on features, using AI assistance throughout and validating every output before it ships.<br/>- Build and maintain API (application programming interface) integrations that extend platform capabilities for home care, senior living, and childcare networks.<br/>- Use AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar) daily to accelerate feature development, improve code quality, and reduce debugging time.<br/>- Treat AI as an agent -not just an autocomplete- by crafting effective prompts, orchestrating multi-step tasks, and critically reviewing AI-generated code before merging.<br/>- Apply AI to the full SDLC (software development life cycle): requirements analysis, system design, implementation, test generation, code review, and post-deployment maintenance.<br/>- Help establish team norms around responsible, high-quality AI-assisted development.<br/>- Partner with product managers, designers, and engineering teammates to deliver customer-focused features in an agile environment.<br/>- Participate in code reviews, CI/CD (continuous integration and continuous delivery) pipelines, and unit/integration testing.<br/>- Troubleshoot issues across the full stack (frontend, backend, data, integrations).<br/>- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tooling, and standards.<br/>- Stay current on the rapidly evolving landscape of AI development tools and bring new approaches to the team.

**Requirements**

- 1-2 years professional software development<br/>- Daily use of AI coding tools (not occasional)<br/>- Ability to validate and defend AI-generated code<br/>- Full-stack development experience<br/>- Strong command of agile SDLC<br/>- Professional experience: PHP, JavaScript, Java, C#, or similar<br/>- Strong written and verbal communication

**Nice To Have**

- Experience modernizing legacy systems with AI-assisted refactoring<br/>- Familiarity with cloud-based SaaS architectures; AWS (Amazon Web Services) preferred<br/>- Agentic IDE (integrated development environment) experience (Cursor, Windsurf, or similar)<br/>- Healthcare, home care, or regulated vertical SaaS background<br/>- Experience building or working with internal AI agents/tools<br/>- Contributions to development process improvements or tooling

Pay: $76,000.00 - $103,000.00 per year
