Job Posting Text 业务介绍： 在Zoom，我们致力于通过创新的AI技术赋能公司产品，为用户提供更智能、更高效的沟通体验。作为AI工程团队的一员，您将负责将先进的人工智能技术应用于Zoom Meeting、Zoom Phone以及AI Companion等核心产品，推动AI技术在公司产品中的落地与实现。您的工作将直接影响用户体验，帮助用户更便捷地完成沟通和协作任务。我们欢迎对AI技术充满热情的优秀人才加入，共同打造更智能、更易用的Zoom产品。 职责： 1、设计和实现核心 AI 应用和服务。 2、利用最新技术构建面向全球用户的大规模解决方案。 3、与工程和算法团队紧密合作，交付可扩展的实时实现方案。 任职资格： 1、计算机科学、软件工程或相关领域的本科/硕士学位。 2、5 年以上的软件开发经验或同等经验。 3、3 年以上系统或架构设计经验。 4、具有 WebSocket、WebRTC 等双向或实时通信协议的实践经验。 5、具有机器学习、深度学习和/或自动语音识别（ASR）应用开发经验。 6、熟练掌握 C++ 和 Python。 7、具备优秀的英语口头和书面沟通能力。 加分项 1、具备语音识别/翻译/语音合成 推理引擎的开发与优化经验。 2、具备异步网络开发经验，熟悉 Asio C++ 库和/或 Protocol Buffers (Protobuf)。 3、具备 TensorFlow、PyTorch、ONNX 等深度学习框架的实践经验。 4、具有跨国团队合作经验 Ways of Working Our structured hybrid approach is centered around our offices and remote work environments.
