AI Solutions Consultant (Remote)

Position Overview Blue Acorn iCi is seeking an AI Solutions Consultant to lead solution planning and design activities for client opportunities and engagements within a defined domain or capability area. This role collaborates with sales, delivery, technical, and client stakeholders to understand business objectives, screen use cases for feasibility, shape solution approaches, and develop recommendations that align business needs with what the technology can reliably deliver today. AI Solutions Consultants are expected to manage multiple concurrent initiatives, communicate recommendations clearly, identify risks and dependencies, and contribute to successful engagement outcomes through disciplined execution and strong stakeholder partnership. They pair with Marketing Technology and Experience Solution Consultants when AI is one component of a larger deal, and they build working prototypes to validate approaches and support client decisions. They support proposal development, solution estimation activities, and post-handoff client engagement to help drive long-term account growth and customer value realization. Location : Remote – US Key Responsibilities AI Solution Strategy & Discovery Establish ownership of AI solution strategy across assigned opportunities and engagements. Partner with stakeholders to qualify AI opportunities, assess data and content readiness, define solution approaches for generative and agentic systems, and maintain continuity between pre-sales activities and delivery teams while contributing to account growth and client success. Structured discovery planning and use-case workshop facilitation Feasibility screening that separates AI problems from workflow and data problems Data and content readiness assessment as a precondition to solution design Business outcome, use-case, and value mapping Solution Design & Business Case Development Business case development for pilots, including the path from pilot to production Solution option development and recommendation framing Scope decomposition, assumptions, and dependency documentation Responsible AI and data governance inside the proposal Proposal & Delivery Support Proposal narrative, presentation, and RFP response support Level-of-effort estimation and delivery feasibility input Solution handoff, decision traceability, and delivery continuity Client & Cross-Functional Collaboration Cross-pillar solution attach with Marketing Technology and Experience Client-facing storytelling and recommendation presentation Required Skills & Experience Experience 7-10 Years (2+ hands-on in generative or agentic AI) Travel Expectation: Up to 25% Solution & Consulting Expertise Solution Design Discovery Client Consulting Presales Business Analysis Digital Transformation Proposal Development Solution Architecture AI & Data Expertise Agentic Architecture LLM Brand Visibility Responsible AI Data Readiness Business & Stakeholder Expertise Account Growth Stakeholder Alignment Compensation The base salary range for this position is $150,450.00–$203,550.00 annually. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
