About Telepatia At Telepatia, we’re building the new standard of medical intelligence in Latin America. Our AI-powered products work directly inside clinical workflows — transcribing consultations, generating structured medical records, assisting clinical decisions, and integrating with any health system. ( telepatia.ai ) Doctors today spend up to 40–70% of their time on administrative work instead of patient care , and we’re changing that by building AI “healthcare employees” that operate in real time. What You'll Do We're looking for an AI Solutions Engineer who thrives at the intersection of customers, operations, product, and technology. In this role, you'll work directly with healthcare organizations to understand their workflows, identify opportunities for automation and AI adoption, and help deploy solutions that create measurable impact. Own Customer Deployments Support the implementation and rollout of AI solutions across healthcare organizations. Work directly with customers to understand their operational workflows and business needs. Help ensure successful adoption of Telepatia AI products from onboarding through go-live. Build Integrations & Automations Configure and support integrations between customer systems and Telepatia AI products. Develop simple automations, workflows, and technical solutions to solve customer problems. Collaborate with engineering teams when deeper technical support is required. Turn Data into Decisions Analyze customer processes, operational metrics, and performance data. Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Translate insights into actionable recommendations and product enhancements. Influence Product & Workflow Design Serve as the bridge between customers and internal teams. Provide feedback that shapes product priorities and new feature development. Help design scalable workflows that can be replicated across multiple customers What we're looking for 1–3 years of professional experience in engineering, technology, operations, consulting, analytics, or related fields. Basic programming experience (Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills in Spanish and professional working proficiency in English. Based in Bogotá or willing to work in a hybrid environment. Ideal Candidate Understands both business processes and technology—not just one or the other. Has built things outside of formal work or school: side projects, automations, applications, or personal experiments. Demonstrates curiosity about AI and emerging technologies. Comfortable working in ambiguous environments where processes are still being built. Takes ownership, moves quickly, and proactively solves problems. Enjoys interacting directly with customers and understanding how businesses operate.
