What is expected of you? As part of the job, you will be required to Lead end-to-end AI solution development, from ideation through deployment, in sectors such as staffing, healthcare, energy, and technology product development. Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients, clearly translating business objectives into actionable AI strategies and technical solutions. Evaluate, select, and integrate appropriate AI models (open source or proprietary) balancing performance, cost, and maintainability. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—engineering, product management, and client success—to deliver outcome-driven solutions. Continuously identify potential for productization of AI services and contribute strategically to thinkbridge’s product development roadmap. Ensure high engineering standards for production-readiness, scalability, maintainability, and quality. Own the lifecycle management of AI solutions, optimizing deployments by migrating from premium to cost-effective models over time. Strong software engineering fundamentals and fluency in Python; proficiency with REST APIs and modern cloud technologies. Proven ability to build robust, scalable AI systems from concept to production. Experience with agentic frameworks like langgraph and crew.ai is highly desirable. Experience with diverse AI models and platforms (e.g., Hugging Face, OpenAI, Azure AI, AWS AI, proprietary APIs), and deep understanding of when to apply each. Experience with varied RAG approaches and vector stores, designing evaluation systems, and a deep understanding of the tradeoffs across approaches. Creative, outcome-focused problem solver with excellent analytical and strategic decision-making skills. Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and deliver meaningful business outcomes with high agency. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to clearly articulate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
