We currently have an opportunity for a motivated AI Solutions Engineer to join our team. The AI Solutions Engineer is a key member of the APAC AI Transformation team responsible for developing, implementing and supporting AI-enabled solutions that improve productivity, efficiency and business performance.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Working collaboratively with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, AI Champions and technology teams, the role contributes to the delivery of AI initiatives and helps translate business opportunities into practical and scalable technology solutions.

Key responsibilities of the position include:

• Develop high-quality AI solutions and contribute to digital twin development across selected initiatives.
• Facilitate innovation and continuous improvement in AI adoption, ensuring learnings and best practices are shared across APAC
• Act as a central hub for AI knowledge, tools, and processes, supporting all departments.
• Lead development and coordination of AI agents across sub-projects.

What We Are Looking For

This is a hands-on AI solutions role for someone with demonstrated experience developing AI-enabled solutions, agents or intelligent applications. The ideal candidate will combine strong applied AI capability with the technical skills to translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions. Ideally you will have the following:

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, Business Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Equivalent combinations of education and relevant industry experience may also be considered.

Skills & Experience

• Experience delivering technology, automation, AI or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop and deliver practical technology solutions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience using AI technologies, tools or platforms in a business or technical environment.
• Experience developing, implementing or supporting AI-enabled solutions, business applications, automations or digital tools.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding platforms such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor or similar tools.
• Experience applying software development practices including version control, testing, peer review and iterative development.
• Experience deploying, supporting or continuously improving applications, tools or technology solutions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and deliver outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving skills, technical curiosity and willingness to learn and adopt emerging technologies.

Desirable Experience

• Experience within logistics, warehouse automation, supply chain, material handling or industrial technology environments.
• Experience with simulation, digital twins, virtual commissioning or industrial modelling technologies.
• Experience with modern software engineering and DevOps practices, including automated testing, CI/CD or release management.
• Experience with Python, SQL, APIs or application integration technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, Microsoft Power Platform or similar enterprise AI platforms.
