About the role

We are seeking an AI Solution Delivery Lead to provide hands-on technical leadership across the design, build and implementation of AI solutions on Microsoft and AWS platforms.

This role will work closely with business stakeholders, architects and platform teams to translate requirements into secure, scalable and supportable AI applications, guiding delivery from proof-of-concept through to production and operational handover.

Key Required Skills

• AI solution engineering experience delivering copilots/agents/automation (POC → pilot → production), including prompt engineering, orchestration, workflows and RAG/knowledge grounding.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft AI stack (e.g., Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry / Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft 365 Copilot).
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS AI services, specifically Amazon Bedrock and related cloud-native capabilities.
• Proven capability in solution/integration architecture and software engineering, including API integration and connecting AI solutions to enterprise systems and data sources.
• Demonstrated leadership in security, privacy, governance and Responsible AI, plus producing delivery documentation and supporting operational readiness/transition.
