The role
As an AI Tools Associate, you will support our consulting work for a Madrid-based financial technology firm that is currently refining its internal operations. This role exists to identify, test, and document digital tools that can help our clients manage their data and governance structures more efficiently. You will be part of a fully remote team, providing the technical research necessary to support our consulting conclusions. The work is focused on practical utility, helping the client move away from internal confusion and toward a clear, written path forward.

What you will do

• Researching specific AI software and productivity platforms that align with the technical requirements of the financial sector.
• Testing different tools to see how they handle complex documentation and organizational data.
• Writing clear, plain-language summaries of how these tools can reduce operational friction for the client.
• Organizing internal knowledge bases to track software features, pricing models, and data security standards.
• Assisting the consulting team by preparing technical briefs that compare different software solutions.
• Monitoring the implementation of new tools to ensure they are helping to clarify decision rights rather than adding complexity.
• Helping to maintain our internal documentation standards for all software testing and technical research.
