AI Tools Associate

We are looking for an AI Tools Associate to join our advisory team. This role focuses on supporting a major project for a prominent French logistics and maritime corporation, helping our partners apply modern technology to complex commercial decisions. As a fully remote position, you will work closely with senior leadership to improve how we gather and process information about counterparties and market conditions. We value clear thinking and practical utility over theoretical reports. Your work will directly assist in shaping positions for high stakes investments where ground reality is more important than abstract modeling.

What you will do

• Research and evaluate specific AI tools that can help extract data from logistics contracts and maritime regulatory filings.
• Create and refine prompts to assist in summarizing long form research documents for senior partners.
• Assist in building structured datasets regarding competitor behavior and capital deployment in the maritime sector.
• Verify the accuracy of AI generated insights by cross referencing them with primary sources and ground reality.
• Help automate repetitive research tasks to ensure our senior advisors have the bandwidth to focus on negotiations.
• Monitor updates in the AI landscape to identify new ways we can support client decision making.
• Draft clear internal notes on how specific technology tools can be applied to commercial advisory workflows.
• Coordinate with the wider team to ensure that data gathered through AI tools is presented in a way that supports actionable client positions.

What you bring

• Strong commercial curiosity and an interest in how large corporations and sovereign entities make investment choices.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to explain complex ideas in simple, direct English.
