AI Trainer - Coding

Summary

Use your real-world software engineering experience to assess AI-generated code, design realistic engineering challenges, review solutions, and help improve how AI handles production-level development work.

Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate AI-generated code, bug fixes, refactors, and technical solutions
• Create realistic software engineering tasks based on real-world development scenarios
• Compare AI-generated outputs and identify strengths, weaknesses, and edge cases
• Develop test cases, evaluation rubrics, and quality standards
• Provide detailed feedback on code quality, correctness, and maintainability

Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong experience with at least one common language: (Python, JavaScript / TypeScript, Java, Go, C#, C++, Rust, Ruby, PHP, Swift, Kotlin)
• Experience working with Git, testing frameworks, and debugging tools
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Backgrounds:

• Experience with Docker, CI/CD, or cloud-based development
• Frontend, backend, mobile, or full-stack development backgrounds
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
