Role Description
The AI Transformation Director is a full-time, hybrid role based in Riyadh, with flexibility for some work from home. This role leads the end-to-end design and execution of AI-driven transformation initiatives, from assessment and strategy through implementation and ongoing optimization. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining AI roadmaps, prioritizing use cases, and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to integrate BEAMRA’s platform into core processes. The Director will oversee project delivery, ensure measurable business outcomes, and establish governance frameworks for responsible AI usage. The role also involves coaching teams, managing change and adoption, and continuously evaluating performance to refine AI solutions and maximize value.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong AI, data, and technology leadership skills, such as experience with AI platforms, analytics, data-driven decision-making, and digital transformation.
- Candidates should possess strategic and operational skills, including business process optimization, roadmap development, performance measurement, and change management.
- Candidates should possess stakeholder and communication skills, such as executive presentation capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear business language.
- Candidates should possess project and program management skills, including leading multi-disciplinary teams, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring delivery of measurable outcomes.
- Relevant qualifications include several years of experience in AI, digital, or business transformation leadership roles, ideally within technology-driven or platform-based organizations.
- Advanced degree in business, technology, data science, or a related field is preferred, along with familiarity with AI ethics, governance, and regulatory considerations.
- Demonstrated ability to work in hybrid environments, balancing on-site leadership in Riyadh with remote collaboration, and a readiness to operate in fast-moving, innovation-focused contexts.
