Reports To: CEO & CMO Compensation: $1,500/month AI Costs: Cased covers AI generation costs, including tokens, credits, and tool subscriptions. About the Role Cased is looking for an experienced AI Video Ad Creator specializing in direct response advertising to create AI-generated video advertisements for paid distribution on U.S. Meta platforms. This is a conversion-focused role , with the goal of creating ads that perform against key advertising metrics rather than producing cinematic or brand-focused content. The Cased team will provide the script ideas, hooks, and concepts . Your responsibility will be to turn those ideas into finished, high-converting AI video ads independently. As you become familiar with what performs well, you’ll also have the opportunity to contribute your own creative ideas. Key Responsibilities Turn provided scripts and concepts into finished, test-ready AI video ads optimized for Meta. Create AI UGC-style ads, VSL-style ads, and AI b-roll using modern AI video generation tools. Apply direct-response techniques such as strong hooks, pattern interrupts, captions, text overlays, retention-focused pacing, and clear CTAs. Produce a high volume of ad variations from each script or concept. Use AI generation tokens efficiently by carefully planning shots and prompts and minimizing unnecessary generations. Iterate on creative based on performance data and feedback. Stay up to date with the latest AI video models and tools and use whichever tools produce the strongest results. Requirements Proven experience creating AI-generated video ads that have been used as paid ads on U.S. Meta platforms for ecommerce brands . A portfolio or reel demonstrating relevant AI video advertising experience is required. Strong knowledge of modern AI video generation tools. Cased currently uses Higgsfield but prioritizes results over specific tools. Strong understanding of direct-response creative and conversion-focused advertising . Ability to work efficiently with AI generation tokens and achieve quality results with minimal attempts. Ability to accurately execute a written script or creative brief without requiring extensive creative direction. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to work quickly and handle a high volume of creative production. Reliable, communicative, and deadline-oriented. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in DTC/ecommerce or performance marketing environments. Familiarity with Meta advertising formats and placement requirements. Traditional video editing skills using Premiere, CapCut, or similar . Experience in the action sports or apparel categories. Competitive salary. Ability to work remotely.
