Work setup

• 100% remote
• Monday to Friday
• Full-time role

What we’re looking for

We’re especially interested in people who can create high-quality, attention-grabbing video content for digital advertising and performance marketing, and who know how to use AI to improve their creative process and create new scenes and visual elements that make the ads more engaging.

We’d love to hear from you if you have experience with:

• Short-form advertising creatives for Meta, TikTok, etc.
• UGC-style and social-first video content
• Creating strong hooks, concepts and creative variations
• Traditional video editing and storytelling
• AI video generation and editing tools
• Creating realistic or engaging AI-generated scenes
• Combining AI-generated content with traditional video editing
• Using AI to improve creative quality and production speed
• Testing different concepts and creative approaches

Highly valued

• Experience automating creative or video production workflows
• Experience working with AI-focused YouTube or TikTok channels
• Performance marketing experience

What matters most is strong creative judgment, solid video editing skills, and the ability to use AI effectively as an additional creative tool.
