Role Description

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes AI video. Someone who can take an idea in the morning and have a realistic, scroll-stopping video ready by the afternoon.

At Yay Nuts, we're scaling our brand through paid ads and social, and video creative is the engine behind it. We need to produce a high volume of videos and creatives, test them on Meta Ads, learn what converts, and double down. The same creatives will power our Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube presence.

What you'll do

• Create AI-generated animated videos and AI UGC-style videos (talking-head, product demos, testimonials, lifestyle) that look genuinely realistic — not "obviously AI"
• Edit and finish videos: pacing, cuts, captions, sound design, hooks, and calls to action optimized for Meta Ads and short-form social
• Produce many variations of each concept (different hooks, formats, lengths, avatars, scripts) so we can A/B test at scale
• Build static and motion ad creatives alongside the video work
• Work with our marketing team on creative briefs, review ad performance data, and iterate fast on what's winning
• Stay on top of the latest AI video and image tools and bring new techniques to the team

What we're looking for

• Proven, hands-on experience creating AI-generated video content, a portfolio we can watch is a must
• Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
• A sharp eye for realism: lighting, motion, lip-sync, voice, and consistency that hold up to a real audience
• Understanding of what makes performance creative work: hooks in the first 3 seconds, native-feeling UGC, clear CTAs
• Experience with Meta Ads creative (or a strong desire to learn what performs and why)
• Ability to move fast and handle a high volume of output without sacrificing quality
• Bonus: prompt-writing skills, AI voice/lip-sync tools, motion graphics, script writing

Details

• Full-time, on-site at our office in Karachi
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT, on-site (aligned with 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Eastern). Saturday, 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM PKT, remote.
