Video Editor & Social Media Manager (Remote)

We are looking for a creative and reliable Video Editor & Social Media Manager to edit, manage, and publish content across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit YouTube videos, Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok videos
• Create engaging hooks, captions, transitions, graphics, and sound effects
• Repurpose long-form videos into short-form content
• Create basic thumbnails and social media graphics
• Upload and schedule posts across platforms
• Manage the content calendar and posting schedule
• Write optimized titles, captions, descriptions, and hashtags
• Maintain consistent branding and visual style
• Track performance and help improve views, reach, retention, and engagement

Requirements

• Strong skills in Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software
• Experience with both long-form and short-form video editing
• Good understanding of YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, hooks, and viewer retention
• Basic knowledge of social media SEO and content growth
• Reliable, organized, creative, and able to meet deadlines
