AI Video Editor

Our client is hiring a strong video editor who uses AI tools to multiply creative output, in both short-form and long-form, without the work looking cheap.

Responsibilities
- Edit short-form and long-form (YouTube/documentary) video, with strong pacing, story and sound design.
- Cut one shoot into 40+ variants sized for Reels, TikTok, Shorts and paid ads, with hook testing.
- Use AI tools (Higgsfield, Runway, Kling/Veo, CapCut, Descript, auto-captioning, AI voice/dubbing, upscaling) to scale output.
- Make swimming and training footage feel kinetic and premium.
- Stick to brand standards, and respect the limits on AI-generated likeness and product accuracy.

Requirements
- A strong editor first: pacing, story and sound design matter more than tool skills.
- Short-form and long-form (YouTube/documentary) editing experience.
- Fluency with AI video tools: Higgsfield, Runway, Kling/Veo, CapCut, Descript, auto-captioning, AI voice/dubbing and upscaling.
- Experience producing high-volume variants for paid and organic social, including hook testing.
- Athletic/sports content instincts.
- Brand-safety awareness around AI likeness and product accuracy.
- 3+ years of professional video editing experience, with a portfolio.

Nice-to-haves
- Experience with sports, fitness or swim content.
- Motion graphics skills (After Effects) and Figma.

Tools: Higgsfield, Runway, Kling / Veo, CapCut, Descript, Premiere Pro, AI captioning / voice / dubbing / upscaling tools; Figma and Klaviyo.
Location: Remote.
