Job Title: AI Video Editor (Synthesia Experience)

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented AI Video Editor with hands-on experience using Synthesia to produce engaging, professional-quality videos. The ideal candidate can transform scripts, presentations, and other source materials into polished AI-generated video content while maintaining consistent branding, accurate messaging, and strong visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and edit AI-generated videos using Synthesia.
• Convert scripts, presentations, and briefs into clear and engaging video content.
• Select and customize AI avatars, voices, scenes, templates, animations, and transitions.
• Add captions, graphics, music, sound effects, and other visual elements where appropriate.
• Ensure videos follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent professional style.
• Review content for accuracy, pacing, synchronization, grammar, and overall quality.
• Revise videos based on feedback and meet agreed deadlines.
• Organize project files and maintain proper version control.
• Stay updated on AI video-production tools, features, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating and editing videos using Synthesia.
• A portfolio or sample links demonstrating Synthesia or similar AI-generated video work.
• Strong understanding of video composition, pacing, storytelling, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience with video-editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software is an advantage.
• Good written English and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow creative briefs, work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Reliable computer, stable internet connection, and a suitable remote-work setup.
