About the Project

We are looking for an experienced AI Architectural Video Specialist to create a photorealistic, cinematic real estate walkthrough of a modern tropical farmhouse in Panama.

You will work from an architectural floor plan, exterior references, interior design references, generated visual frames, branding assets, and sample videos.

This is a marketing visualization rather than a mathematically exact CAD or BIM animation. However, the house, rooms, furniture, materials, windows, and architectural features must remain visually consistent throughout the video.

The final result should feel like one cohesive real estate marketing film, not unrelated AI-generated clips stitched together.

Key Responsibilities

• Review the supplied floor plan and visual references
• Establish a consistent visual direction before full production
• Generate photorealistic exterior and interior reference frames
• Maintain the same property design across every scene
• Create smooth image-to-video sequences
• Produce professional exterior orbit, entrance, interior, and aerial shots
• Create believable transitions between rooms and locations
• Correct AI artifacts, flickering, morphing, and visual inconsistencies
• Edit all generated scenes into one cohesive 60 to 90-second video
• Add T2 REI Group branding and logo animation
• Add commercially usable smooth jazz-style instrumental music
• Export the final video for websites and social media
• Communicate progress clearly and deliver each milestone on time

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven experience producing photorealistic AI-generated videos
• Experience creating architectural, interior, property, or real estate content
• Ability to maintain the same building and interior style across multiple scenes
• Ability to work from architectural floor plans and visual references
• Strong image-generation and image-to-video skills
• Understanding of cinematic real estate camera movement
• Ability to identify and correct AI-generated visual artifacts
• Strong editing, sequencing, music, and branding skills
• Ability to deliver the complete project within approximately 4 to 5 days
• Ability to communicate clearly and work independently
• Availability to start immediately
• Portfolio containing directly relevant examples

Project Milestones

Visual direction must be approved before full production begins.
